Ingredients

  1. 2 pkg. (1.4 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Fudge Sugar Free Instant Pudding

  2. 2-1/2 cups oat milk

  3. 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping (about 3 cups), thawed

  4. 2 bananas, sliced

  5. 2 oz. BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  1. Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP, then bananas.
  2. Spread into 12-inch thickness on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  3. Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over pudding.
  4. Freeze 2 hrs. or until firm.
  5. Transfer bark to cutting board; cut into small pieces to serve.
