Gingerbread Fudge

  1. 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate (6 oz.), chopped

  2. 6 Tbsp. butter

  3. 1/4 cup water

  4. 1/4 cup molasses

  5. 1 tsp. each ground cinnamon and ground ginger

  6. 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

  7. 3 cups powdered sugar

  8. 2 Tbsp. gingerbread men sprinkles


  1. Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Microwave chocolate, butter, water, molasses and spices in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add dry pudding mix; stir with whisk 2 min.
  2. Add sugar, 1 cup at a time, stirring with wooden spoon after each addition until well blended.
  3. Press chocolate mixture onto bottom of prepared pan; top with sprinkles. Lightly press sprinkles into fudge to secure.
  4. Refrigerate 2 hrs. or until firm.
